Joined the newly founded depository as CTO, CEO from 1995 — the central platform for mass privatization and for clearing and settlement of all securities transactions in Estonia. Launched the stock exchange’s fully digital, real-time trading platform in May 1996; by the late 1990s it was recognised as the best stock exchange in Central and Eastern Europe.
